On Thursday, March 29, 2012 a number of family members and people with disabilities from Philadelphia and across the state testified at a hearing before the House Human Services Committee regarding proposed funding cuts that will potentially devastate the lives of people with intellectual disabilities and autism. This public hearing took place at the PA State Capitol, 140 Main Capitol, Majority Caucus Room, Harrisburg, PA from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.
